We also collect standard usage data such as browser type, device information, IP address, and pages visited to improve our service and troubleshoot issues.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the Talos platform, including account management and program delivery.
• To process payments through our payment partner, Stripe.
• To enable communication between coaches and athletes.
• To personalize AI-generated coaching content based on coach preferences and athlete data.
• To send important service updates and notifications.
• To improve our platform through aggregated, anonymized analytics.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only in the following circumstances:

• With coaches or athletes you are connected with, as necessary to deliver coaching services.
• With Stripe for payment processing.
• With service providers who assist in operating our platform (hosting, analytics), under strict data protection agreements.
• When required by law or to protect our legal rights.

4. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (TLS), secure database hosting with row-level security policies, and access controls. While no system is completely secure, we take reasonable steps to safeguard your information.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as resolving disputes.
