Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Talos ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.

3. Coach and Athlete Responsibilities

Coaches are responsible for the accuracy and safety of the training programs they create. Coaches represent that they have the qualifications and experience described in their profiles. Talos does not verify coaching credentials and is not liable for the advice or programs provided by coaches.

Athletes participate in training programs at their own risk. Consult a medical professional before beginning any new exercise program. Talos is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice.

4. Payments and Fees

Payments are processed through Stripe. Coaches receive payments minus the applicable platform commission based on their subscription tier (Starter: 8%, Pro: 4%, Elite: 2%). Talos reserves the right to modify pricing and commission rates with 30 days notice.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us if you have a billing dispute.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
• Upload malicious content, spam, or misleading information.
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data without authorization.
• Circumvent the Platform's payment system for coaching services.

6. Intellectual Property

Coaches retain ownership of the training programs and content they create on Talos. By using the Platform, coaches grant Talos a limited license to display their public profile information on the marketplace. The Talos name, logo, and platform software are the property of Talos.

7. Limitation of Liability

Talos is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Talos shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including injuries resulting from training programs.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases, but provisions that by their nature should survive (such as limitation of liability) will remain in effect.
