Can I switch tiers?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade anytime. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Nothing — your data stays exactly as it is. If you go from Pro to Starter, you keep all your programs and history. The athlete limit will apply going forward.
How does the commission work?
Talos processes all athlete payments through Stripe Connect. The commission (8% Starter, 4% Pro, 2% Elite) is automatically deducted from each transaction. You receive the rest directly in your Stripe account.
Is there a free trial for Pro/Elite?
Starter is free forever with up to 3 athletes. Pro and Elite come with a 14-day free trial so you can test all features before committing.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. No contracts, no cancellation fees. Cancel anytime from your settings page and your plan reverts to Starter at the end of the billing period.
